The 8th Wantage Beer Festival took place from 11AM until 11PM on Friday the 16th and Saturday the 17th of March 2018, at the Beacon, Portway, Wantage, OX12 9BY. 28 real ales from throughout the country were be available, together with 5 ciders and 2 perrys. Food and soft drinks were be on sale.
The festival was open from 11 until 11 both days. Admission was £2 (£3 Friday 5-11) for the general public, but free to card-carrying CAMRA members; under 21’s will need to show some ID. Glass hire is £2, and one-pint festival glasses were available.
Live music by Al Jenkins was provided on Friday evening, and all Six Nations rugby games was show live on Saturday.
