Old fashioned, friendly and quaint single-bar pub with a large open fire. The Fox and Hounds became a free house in 2010, and is the perfect place for a summer's evening pint; the views across to the Uffington White Horse are stunning. An enjoyable August Bank-Holiday beer festival has become an annual feature, and the local Morris dancers perform here twice a year. Regular BBQs and quiz evenings are appreciated by the locals. Three cask beers are always changing, often from local breweries.
